ATAX Audit Manager is an internal audit-file management application used only by employees of ATAX Audit and Tax Consulting Co., Ltd. ("ATAX", "we"). This page explains how the application handles Google user data when an employee chooses to link their Google account to see audit schedules in Google Calendar.

1. Google data accessed

• Google account email address (openid, email) – to show which account is linked.
• Calendars created by the app (calendar.app.created) – the app creates one secondary calendar named "ATAX – Lịch kiểm toán" and creates, updates and deletes events in that calendar only (audit stages, review and archiving deadlines).

The app does not read or modify any other calendar and does not access Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.

2. How the data is used

The data is used solely to keep the user's own audit schedule in sync with the "ATAX – Lịch kiểm toán" calendar. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell or transfer it to third parties, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models.

3. Storage and protection

The refresh token issued by Google is stored encrypted on ATAX's internal server, never on employees' computers, and is used only by the application to update the calendar. All communication with Google uses HTTPS.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is kept until the user disconnects. Users can disconnect in the app (user name → Liên kết Google… → Ngắt kết nối, optionally deleting the "ATAX – Lịch kiểm toán" calendar), which revokes and deletes the token, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Compliance

ATAX Audit Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
